The next scheduled quarterly HOA member meeting of Nugents Cove will be held September 7th 2024 starting at 11am in the fellowship hall of Centro DeVido church on FM 3277.
Annual 4th of July parade and picnic will be held July 6th from 11am to 1pm. Line up your patriotic decorated bicyles and golf carts at boat dock road pavilion. Prizes for winner of best decorated will be presented to child and adult categories.
Welcome to Nugents Cove LOA, Nestled in the deep east piney woods of Texas on the shoreline of Lake Livingston. Just 85 miles North of Houston. The mission of the Nugents Cove Lot Owners Association is to maintain and enhance the quality of life as well as the property values of the homes located in the Nugents Cove Subdivision.
You can participate in the Homeowners Association by serving on a committee. Please check our website frequently for notice of the next general meeting of the Association, or contact a board member on this site.
The Homeowners Association works best when the dues for every property are paid. The money from the dues is used for continued maintenance of the common areas, signage, and care for the roads. Proper adherence to the by-laws and restrictions of the neighborhood help maintain the overall appeal of the neighborhood, and thus keep our property values high as possible.
The Board of Directors has created this website in the hope that the residents of our community can become informed and educated to the activities of the Association and the community around them.
As a reminder the quarterly meetings are held on the first Saturday of March, June, September, and December each year. The meetings normally start at 11am and last about an hour or two if we have snacks following meeting. Our normal quarterly meetings will be held at the Centro De Vida church located at 2476 FM 3277. Please spread the news about meeting times and location to your neighbors since only about 50% of lot owners are registered users of this website.
